YOUNGSTERS are being challenged to watch a spooky play tomorrow.
Bishop Auckland Town Hall will host the production by theatre group Pop-Up's new OffStreet project, to develop drama for seven to 11-year-olds.
The Nightwatch, written by Michael Punter, is a ghostly drama which explores the power of memory and true friendship.
Set in a derelict house haunted by the past, it follows a brother and sister who uncover more than they bargained for then they discover an old diary in the study.
Events that took place in the Second World War are brought to life and the diary reveals its dark secrets.
The play will be performed at 1.30pm. Tickets are available on (01388) 602610.
