A BESPOKE bedroom for Harry Potter fans is part of the service being provided by a North-East housebuilder.
Broseley Homes is adding appeal to houses on developments at Castlebeck, in Consett, and Hollowbeck, Crook.
The Sunderland company has opened four-bedroom detached show houses on the sites which have themed children's bedrooms featuring the Little Mermaid story, trains, a sewing design and one with a heavy rock influence.
But the bedroom attracting the greatest interest is one with a Harry Potter-theme on the Castlebeck development.
Broseley Homes marketing manager Vickie Gomes said: "Themed bedrooms are always very effective and create a talking point among customers.
Broseley Homes sales manager Kaye Crowson said: "There has been a great deal of interest in the show homes, with the Harry Potter room being especially popular."
Inquiries on either site can be made via Broseley head office, on 0191-537 0980.
