MIRACLE girl Olivia Anderson has taken her first steps, despite doctors' warnings that she may never walk.
The two-year-old suffers from cerebral palsy and has been unable to stand or crawl at all.
Doctors said she may never be able to walk but, after just three weeks of intensive therapy in London and Budapest, the toddler has finally taken the steps her parents thought they would never see.
Olivia's parents, Jill, 34, and Paul, 29, of Burnopfield, County Durham, said they were thrilled.
Jill said: "We were at the Peto Andras Institute in Budapest in for three weeks.
"Olivia stood up on her own for the first time when we were there, and has also started to walk along parallel bars. We couldn't believe it.
"She really seemed to make remarkable progress.
