A DRAMATIC industrial skyline combined with the rugged beauty of the North Yorkshire coast and moors has provided inspiration for a London artist.
Sarah Woodfine spent three months working in the area and her impressions of the region are being exhibited in Middlesbrough.
Pride of place at Middlesbrough Art Gallery in Linthorpe Road, has gone to a model of Saltburn Pier.
"The display has gone down very well with the public," said gallery curator James Beaton.
"The Saltburn Pier model is assembled from cardboard, like you might assemble a child's toy model," he said.
The exhibition will be on display until Saturday, from 10am to 5.30pm.
