Two newcomers had their first head to head, Boroughbridge coming out on top with a 2-1 verdict against Catterick Garrison.
Wins by Joe Royle and Dave Flintoff tipped the scales Borougbridge's way.
The Boroughbridge side, which has won sponsorship from builders A V Styan and Sons of Minskip, Boroughbridge, have now won all five matches this season and are in second place on 54 points, just two behind leaders Harrogate Squash III in the race for Third Division silverware.
The only defeat suffered by Boroughbridge came when Stuart Rennison went down 9-3, 5-9, 9-6, 7-9, 9-6 to Jason Hughes.
This was Rennison's last match for several weeks. The Newby Hall Cricket Club player, whose side has built up a strong link with Australians, is taking a cricketing break Down Under.
Meanwhile Royle's win for Boroughbridge was a five game affair against Joe Rawthorne, Royle taking a 4-9, 9-5, 2-9, 9-4, 9-6 success. Flintoff, however, enjoyed an easier passage against J Batcka, 9-1, 9-0, 10-9.
There was a name's the same poser for Pateley Bridge and Knaresborough in Division Three when two Chris Robinsons turned up to play - one for each side.
And to add to the confusion the pair faced each other on court. Pateley's Robinson defeated Knaresborough's version 9-6, 9-0, 9-3, the Nidderdale player marking his first match in two years for the side with a comfortable win. But Pateley lost the match 2-1.
In Division One Bedale stay ahead of the chasing pack on 54 points, eight more than current title holders Harrogate Squash II in second place. Knaresborough are third on 43 points, Harrogate Squash first team fourth on 40.
Bedale's latest win by 2-1 at Northallerton was sealed by victories from Phil Martin and Dave Smiley.
