Redcar side Mackinlay Park switched venues for this game but home side BEADS were well on top and took a tenth minute lead through Paul Chamberlin who capitalised on the keeper's error to give his team the lead. In the second half the home side were again on top with keeper Steve Moore a mere spectator and seven minutes into the second half good work by Paul Callen set up Bowes to slot home. In the 71st minute a rare Park attack brought a free kick just on the edge of the BEADS penalty box and Paul Nesham drove it under the wall, and into the net to make it 3-1. Any hopes of the Park hopes of getting back into the match were shattered when substitute Lee Elliott set up Chamberlin to slot home.

Five minutes later substitute Richard Walker made the game safe when he fired home a 20 yard free kick.
Carlin How 0 v 3 Nunthorpe Ath
