MEMBERS of Court Endeavour of The Foresters have made a presentation of £560 to the Riding for the Disabled Association.
The money comes from the proceeds of a pony show the Foresters held at the Unicorn equestrian centre in Hemlington earlier this year.
A special class for members of the RDA based at the Unicorn proved very popular.
The presentation was made by Pam Callender of the Foresters to the centre manager Claire Jones (pictured above right) during a recent RDA riding session at the centre.
Ms Jones was thrilled to learn that the Foresters had decided to make the show an annual event.
The Foresters is a family membership organisation with members actively raising many thousands of pounds for local and national charities each year
