A shopmobility scheme has been planned for Redcar, in east Cleveland, after a survey revealed more than 200 people would use a wheelchair and scooter loan service.
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council's executive committee will consider the scheme, which would cost about £47,850 in the first year and £91,240 the following year, at a meeting on Tuesday.
