THE recycling banks in one of North Yorkshire's market towns have been on the move.
Banks in Bedale have been moved to the Auction Mart car-park.
Ten banks had been in the Bridge Street car-park.
The move is expected to make it easier for both users and the collection traffic. Recycling officer Jenny Lowes said: "These banks are well used but had been slowly encroaching onto neighbouring disabled parking bays. Moving them has given better access for everyone and will take them away from the route used by pedestrians into the Market Place."
