A man is being quizzed by police over another man's drugs-related death.
Police were called by paramedics dealing with a man suffering the effects of a drugs overdose at a house in Grove Hill, Middlesbrough, on Monday night.
Their patient was certified dead on arrival at Middlesbrough General Hospital.
No details about the dead man have been released, but Cleveland Police say the man being questioned is aged 32 years and has been arrested for supplying a Class 'A' controlled drug.
Police are continuing their inquiries and have set up an incident room which people with information can contact on (01642) 303188. The coroner has also been informed.
