A BEER with no name was launched last week in aid of an air ambulance service.
The brew will be on draught at pubs across the region and officials from the Great North Air Ambulance hope it will boost their fund-raising efforts.
The charity beer went on sale last week at The Tithe Bar and Brasserie in Northallerton. A percentage of the sales from the beer will be donated to the air ambulance service.
Brewed exclusively for the ambulance service by Nick Stafford of Hambleton Ales, officials are still scratching their heads over a name.
They have invited members of the public to send in their suggestions once they have tasted the beer.
Entries should be sent to Name Our Beer, Great North Air Ambulance, The Imperial Centre, Grange Road, Darlington. DL1 5NQ by Friday next week.
