GUITARIST Paul Croft will perform music from Spain and South America at a concert in Witham Hall, Barnard Castle, on Saturday, November 30.
The concert is in aid of the Witham Hall's development fund, and will begin at 7.30pm.

DRAMA DATE: Members of the Barnard Castle Inner Wheel will perform Anthony Booth's play The Body Is All Yours on December 2 and 4. The play will be staged in Barnard Castle Parish Hall, at 7.15pm. Tickets cost £3.50 and are available from club members or at the door.
OPEN MEETING: Bishop Auckland Civic Society is holding an open meeting in the town hall next Tuesday, at 7.30pm. George Flynn will give a talk on new aspects of Newcastle.
LIGHTS SWITCH-ON: Crook Community Partnership is switching on the town's Christmas lights on Friday, November 29.
DAD'S TALK: Editor of The Northern Echo, Peter Barron, will be giving a talk based on his Dad at Large column and books to Hurworth Women's Institute on Tuesday, December 3, at 1.30pm, in Hurworth Grange Community Centre.
PARISH MEETING: Stanhope Parish Council's next meeting is in the town hall on Wednesday, December 4, at 7pm.
CHRISTMAS FAIR: The Cornerstone Christian Centre, in Swan Street, Evenwood, is holding a Christmas fair on Thursday, November 28, at 7pm.
CHURCH MARKET: St Mary's Church, Staindrop, will hold its Christmas market tomorrow, from 4pm to 8pm, and on Saturday, from 2pm to 6pm. To book a stall call (01833) 660966.
LANTERN SHOW: A Victorian lantern slide show will be held at Barnard Castle Methodist Hall, on Thursday, November 28, at 7.30pm. All proceeds will go to the Teesdale Carers Centre. Tickets cost £4 and include pie and peas supper.
CHURCH FUNDRAISER: All Saints and Salutation Church in Darlington is holding a Christmas fair at the Millennium Hall, in Ravensdale Road, on Saturday, from 10am to 3pm. Father Christmas will visit at 11am, and there will be a carol concert by pupils from Abbey Junior School at 1.30pm.
LADIES' NIGHT: A hat making demonstration and a cosmetics display will feature at a women's night at Hurworth Comprehensive School, Darlington, next Wednesday, organised by the school's parent-teacher association. The event starts at 7pm.
COUNTRY SHOW: The country music duo Gone Country will be performing at Crofts Social Club, Crook, on Saturday.
