A CEILIDH will be held in Darlington to raise money in support of a campaign to promote nature and world peace.
The Atisha Buddhist Centre has planned the event in aid of the International Temples Project and the World Wide Fund for Nature.
The ceilidh will be held at St Augustine's Parish Hall, Larchfield Street, on Saturday, December 14, at 7.30pm.
The Atisha Centre is a supporting body of the International Temples Project, which seeks to build Buddhist temples worldwide.
The World Wide Fund for Nature is a registered charity which works to defend animal rights, and conserve the natural environment.
