A MILITARY extravaganza involving models, demonstrations and participating wargames took place over the weekend.
Parade Ground 2002 at the Stockton Sports Centre included 12 demonstration wargames where visitors could see Napoleon at war and Russians pouring over the Steppes.
There were also seven public participation wargames.
The event, in it's 21st year, is organised by David Clement and Thomas Davidson.
Mr Clement said; "Twenty-one years ago two physically disabled men - us - decided to celebrate the International Year of the Disabled in an unusual way, by staging an event showing off our hobby.
"Such was the success that we were asked to make it an annual event."
