An exhibition highlighting the work of local artists, opened at Darlington College at Catterick yesterday.
Still-life paintings and water colours are part of the display in the college bistro, with some of the work offered for sale. The exhibition runs until Christmas.
Artist Allison Woodroffe-Charlton will also be running a free workshop for parents and children, from 10.30am on Saturday.
An open day at the college in September raised more than £500 for charity. The cash will go to Northallerton and District Diabetic Club, which is raising funds to cover the cost of installing a digital retina camera at the town's Friarage Hospital.
