FESTIVE fun is on offer for young and old alike at a sports centre on the outskirts of Durham.
Entertainment for children is on the bill at Meadowfield Leisure Centre next Friday, starting at 7pm.
Tickets, costing £3, are available from the centre.
Adults are invited to let their hair down on Friday, December 13, with a Christmas Fever night, from 7.30pm.
Seventies' band Boogie Nights, backed by the all-girl dance troupe No Angels, will provide the entertainment.
Tickets cost £5 and should be booked in advance by calling the centre, on 0191-378 9888, or they can be bought at the door.
All proceeds go to the Mayor, Councillor Eileen Rochford's charity appeal.
