A CONSERVATION charity is selling off Christmas trees to boost funds.
Durham Wildlife Trust is holding the sale at Low Barns Nature Reserve, Witton-le-Wear, near Bishop Auckland.
Children can enjoy various activities and parents can enjoy mince pies while listening to carols on Saturday and Sunday, December 14 and 15, between 10.30am and 4pm.
There will be various stalls at the annual sale, selling trust goods and Christmas presents.
The trees will be fresh and locally supplied and money raised will go towards the work of the trust.
Further details are available from Durham Wildlife Trust, on 0191 584 3112, or Low Barns Nature Reserve, on (01388) 488728.
