Stokesley 0 v 2 Roseberry
Aelectrifying start from Roseberry brought wave after wave of attacks on the Stokesley defence, their pressure paying dividents after 16 minutes with a super shot from open play by Trish Alderson to beat the Stokesley defence and keeper Terri Matthew. Stokesley continued to struggle under the constant pressure of the Roseberry forwards. Roseberry were awarded penalty corners, however, they failed to convert any into goals. Their continuing pressure resulted in a second goal from Trish Alderson, again from open play after 29 minutes. With six minutes remaining the half-time whistle came as a welcome relief to Stokesley. After the break Stokesley made a substitution to their defence and reorganised their midfield resulting in a much more even game with chances for both sides. Huntsman Tioxide 1 v 1 Richmond
Tioxide were unable to make all the possession they had in the first half count as they were one goal down at half-time after Richmond's Lisa Goodchild opened the scoring. The second half continued as the first with end to end play. Tioxide were finally rewarded with a goal late in the second half. After a superb cross from Tioxide's June Shaw the ball was picked up by Sarah McIntyre who was close to the goalline where she neatly placed it in the net.
