A SCHOOL on Teesside has proved it is top of the form.
Norton Comprehensive failed to win the School of the Year Award 2002, but a copy of its presentation made for the competition by pupils Charlotte Rudd, Louise Hughes, Stefan Hodgson and Alex James is to be delivered - by request - to the Education Department, in London.
The school was presented with a cheque for £100 to buy books. Certificates were also awarded for its high standard of drugs education.
Bronze and silver Healthy School Awards, which are national accreditations, were presented for the high standard of health education delivered.
