HUNDREDS of young entrepreneurs from the North-East are to sell their wares at a trade fair this week.
Young Enterprise, a national education-business charity, which aims to help students aged five to 25 understand business and entrepreneurship, is holding the event in Durham on Thursday.
Through the Young Enterprise scheme, pupils from schools in County Durham and Teesside have set up their own companies to develop and manufacture products.
Their products are being assessed by a panel of judges and the best products, innovations and sales techniques, will be rewarded with prizes.
On Thursday, students will sell products direct to the public at a Christmas Trade Fair, in Durham Town Hall, between 10am and 2.30pm.
