CHILDREN'S stories are being brought to life at an art exhibition.
Prints by Arthur Rackham and Edmund Dulac have been assembled for the display in Bishop Auckland Town Hall.
Between them, the artists have illustrated some of the best-loved children's stories. The private collection will be on display until Saturday, December 28, and will be enhanced by examples of some of the books they first appeared in.
Some of the original designs for Durham Operatic Society's version of Stephen Sondheim's Into the Woods will also be on display in the gallery.
The works have been created by award-winning artist Olly Burton.
