Darren Fairclough also had a good race for 1.37.50, 1,706th. Steven Coatsworth and Neil Douthwaite both ran in together in 1.42.06, 2,930th and 1.42.07, 2,933rd with a pleased James Sowerby following in for 1.47.07, 4,405th.
Guest runner Darren Million finished with a delighted 1.54.25 in 6,886 following in was Glynn Frith for 2.03.07, 10,585th and Ryan Holdsworth 2.04.50, 11,471st. Dawn Ord and Alan Dickinson enjoyed their tussle to the line for 2.45.58, 28,404th and 2.47.35, 28,756th. Both Donna Douthwaite and Kenny Sams wore fancy dress once again, as Little Red Riding Hood and The Bad Wolf as they were sponsored to raise £500. Both finished well in 2.53.49 30,087 and 2.53.50 30,090. Julie Gallagher was over the moon with her 2.59.04 for 31,076 Gary Atkinson with guest runner Gareth Nelson both also in Cheerleaders fancy dress finished in 3.33.17 for 33,781 and 3.33.18 for 33,783 and £400 richer for their charity. Elaine Smith and Jill Atkinson also guest runners and running for charity crossed the line in 4.07.17, 34,969 and 4.08.02, 34,975 from 49,000 athletes and runners.
