A WOMAN accused of stealing Ministry of Defence cash told magistrates yesterday that she wanted to be tried by a jury.
Diane Kellet, who worked in a regimental institute shop at Harrogate's Army Foundation College, pleaded not guilty to two theft charges when she appeared before the town's magistrates.
Ms Kellet, 31, now living in Windsor, was bailed until January 23, when the case is expected to be sent to York Crown Court.
She is accused of stealing £756.70 between February and June, with a second allegation that she stole £150 between December 2001 and June.
