A YOUNG people's charity has appointed a worker to forge links with firms and charitable trusts.
Trish Hirst, 28, of Whickham, Gateshead, will build partnerships on behalf of The Prince's Trust in the North-East.
The trust helps people aged 14 to 30 by giving them skills, and finding work. The trust currently spends about £4m a year in the North-East.
