FORMER Middlesbrough and Darlington footballer Don Burluraux has a new goal - promoting Redcar.

He has just completed a customer care course, set up by the English Tourism Council. His change of career follows a redundancy after 14 years as an ICI quality control laboratory analyst.
He said: "I wanted a complete change and wanted to work in tourism and lesiure.
"I am enjoying it. I am doing something I like and there is a lot to learn."
