BORO defender Franck Queudrue was joined by children from Marton, Middlesbrough, in a celebration of a scheme's first year.
It has been 12 months since the BT Football First education package was launched in the Willie Maddren Centre, at the club's Riverside Stadium, to help teach unemployed adults basic computer skills and build up their confidence and self esteem.
Project manager Dawn Eccles said: "We are proud to have helped almost 100 unemployed people start to turn their lives around during the first year.
"It's a unique scheme and it has proved hugely successful.''
