Tindale Crescent kept up their hopes of landing the darts championship when they only dropped one point to the visiting Horndale.
The home side had wins from W. Percival, A. Whaling and K. Spencer to add to the team game, whilst the only point for the visitors came from B. Shippen.
Eldon Lane's performances at darts are certainly improving and they came close to beating the visiting Evenwood. K. Weldon took a singles point for the Lane, who added the team game but Evenwood went to victory with wins from M. Townsend, S. Dawson and T. Hicks.
Tindale Crescent moved one point clear at the top of the whist section when they only dropped one point to Horndale, who had L. Turner as their only winner. The home side's points came from M. Webb, S. Whittaker and H. Hopps.
Eldon Lane confirmed their top placing in the pool section after they only dropped one point to the visiting Evenwood, who had K. Furnace as their only winner. The home points came from P. Dines, T. Race and K. Weldon.
Cockton Hill failed to get their result sheet to the league secretary in time.

Tow Law Coors Cup
Tow Law Rose and Crown won the battle of the unbeaten teams in League A when they defeated their hosts at Tow Law North Point by three points. The home side started the pool in good form with wins from Gary Watson, Alan Henderson and Stan Simmons but the visitors fought back with wins from John Mudd, Lee Mowbray and Steven Todd. The Point went ahead by taking two of the three pool doubles.
The Rose and Crown however, completely dominated the dominoes with Alan Henderson being their only player to take a point, whilst the Rose and Crown had wins from Chris Bowes, Steven Todd, Gavin Hammell and Lee Mowbray with Gavin Hammell adding the captain's game.
Tow Law New Market B retained their unbeaten record in League B but only just when they visited Tow Law Dan's Castle B, who were looking for their first victory. The Castle had dominoes points from Angela Suddes and Keith Vitty whilst the New Market went ahead with wins from Michael Bell, John Beveridge, Tom Hauxwell and Robert Hopps. The pool singles were shared with David Murray, Angela Suddes and David Murray winning for the Castle, whilst John Beveridge, David Spencer and Tom Hauxwell replied. Rabert Hopps and Ray Weir got the vital pool doubles when they beat the Murray brothers to edge to their odd point victory.

Willington Ladies League
Willington Lion and Unicorn beat the visiting second placed, Willington Club A in the darts section by the odd point but it was enough to send the visitors down to third spot as Sunnybrow Brown Trout, who only dropped two points at Willington Black Horse B, moved three points ahead. However Willington Club B beat the visiting Willington Market by the odd point to maintain their lead at the top of the darts section at 17 points.
