CLASSIC car fans enjoyed a treat as 100 vintage motors passed through the region.
A host of vehicles from as far back as the 1930s set off from Land's End on in an endurance rally that would see them get to John O'Groats late on Tuesday. On Sunday morning the procession arrived in Leyburn before passing through Catterick, Tan Hill, Barnard Castle, Stanhope and Edmundbyers.
Driving in all weathers through the night the contestants received a warm welcome as enthusiasts lined the roads to give them a wave.
It was the first time in two years that the event, organised by the Historic Endurance Rallying Organisation had been held. It took to the roads for the first time in 1993
