FREE festive fun for all the family is on offer at Gateshead's MetroCentre as the MetroGnomes return with their pantomime.
Herbert, Sherbet, Maggot and Rusty will take to the stage from Monday, starring in their Christmas pantomime, A White White Christmas, also featuring special guests the Snow Queen and Jack Frost.
There will be regular performances of the half-hour show every day in Exhibition Square, near the Woolworths store. It is the sixth year the MetroGnomes have put on a show.
John Lambert, Director of Q20 Theatre Company, has created and directed the show. Music has been written by John Sanderson, of Pit Stop Productions, who specialises in producing songs and themes for television, and choreographer Andrea Mallen, who has previously trained at the Laban Institute in London, has created some of the dance routines.
