A NORTH-EAST group has recorded a CD of its latest songs to raise money for a mental health charity.
The Fruity Buckfoot Band, based in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, recorded Rock 'n' Roll Christmas in aid of the a branch of Mind.
The CD features three original songs, titled State of Mind, Lowdown Sneakin' Sidewalk Country Blues and Midnight Train.
Fruity Buckfoot, a long-time user of Mind, wrote the songs and all of the musical and vocal parts are performed by Fruity and his brother Arman.
Rock 'n' Roll Christmas, priced £3, is available through Mind, at St Oswald's Park, Newton Aycliffe, on (01325) 300121.
