STAFF at a Northallerton-based housing association are celebrating a coup in a national survey.

Broadacres was unaware it was under scrutiny as part of Inside Housing magazine's research.

However, staff still came out top and were described as "professional, quick and efficient".

Customer services manager Jane Bennison said: "I'm delighted. In the past year, we have invested a great deal in training and development, which has undoubtedly contributed to this success."
