VENETIAN buildings have inspired an art exhibition.
The exhibition by Leanne Mullen, from Seaham, east Durham, is on show at the Discovery Centre at Seaton Holme, Easington, this month.
Ms Mullen's fabric designs, interior wall hangings, greeting cards and furnishing designs combine the influences of Venetian buildings and flowers.
A spokeswoman for the centre said: "Leanne is our first artist in the Discovery Centre. During her degree, she continually experimented with machine and hand embroidery to create exciting textures and surfaces."
All the exhibits are available to buy.
