A TEENAGER is to spend six months working in a French school, on a trip organised by a Christian mission movement.
Jonathan Patterson, 19, of Monks Crescent, Durham, will start work in a secondary school in Valence this month, working as a secretary and helping with school camps and after-school activities.
The trip has been arranged through the Scripture Union, which works with churches in more than 130 countries, sending young people across the world to help on Christian projects.
