A REMOVALS worker was sent for trial when he appeared in court in Harrogate yesterday, accused of pushing drugs in a nightclub.
Jon Thomas Graham, 29, is charged with three drugs offences said to have been committed in Sly's club in Ripon on October 5 last year.
Mr Graham, of The Mews, Princess Road, Ripon, will make an initial appearance at York Crown Court on February 17. He was bailed on condition he surrenders his passport and reports to police each Monday and Saturday.
He is accused of supplying four ecstasy tablets, possession of 14 ecstasy tablets with intent to supply and possession of cannabis.
A fourth charge says that the next day he had possession of 0.551 kilogrammes of amphetamine with intent to supply it to others.
