A FORMER bio-chemistry scientist and current councillor has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Durham Dales Primary Care Trust.
Councillor John Salter, who is a member of Teesdale District Council, has been a member of Darlington and Teesdale Community Health Council and has also been involved in nationwide health scrutiny committees.
