A SCHEME set up to ensure schools across the county promote a healthy lifestyle celebrated its success at the House of Lords.
Representatives from the North Yorkshire Healthy School Scheme travelled to London to receive a commemorative plaque.
The scheme is a partnership between the North Yorkshire local education authority and the four Primary Care Trusts in the county, including Hambleton and Richmondshire Primary Care Trust.
Baroness Massey congratulated the partnership on its success and highlighted the difference the Healthy Schools programme is making.
