The FA Cup result against Farnborough is still getting to us all at Darlington.
It was bad enough losing to a non-league team but to lose out on the chance to play against the top side in the country is the most frustrating thing.
The supporters - rightly so - let us know what they thought of the performance and result against Farnborough and it is now up to us to put that behind us and get on with the rest of the season.
Having Saturday's game against Oxford called off was a bit disappointing, but not as bad as the New Year's Day game against Rochdale when we had prepared just in case it got the go ahead. So while everyone was out enjoying themselves we were tucked up in bed.
Micky Barron's wife is expecting their baby this week and I hope he doesn't suffer the same fate as I did when my daughter was born.
My son Ben, who is four, came along on a Monday evening with no problems - there wasn't even a live game on TV to get in the way.
But daughter Katie first decided she wanted to arrive on a Friday night. After spending all night at hospital I went home at 4am for a couple of hours sleep before playing against Macclesfield. I played the game and, with still nothing happening, my wife came home after the game.
Nine days later we were down at Torquay for a Tuesday night game. I got a call from my mother-in-law to tell me Katie was on her way on the Tuesday afternoon. She was born at 4pm so at least I could then concentrate on the game knowing everything was well.
At about 6pm the weather changed and it poured down which resulted in the game at Plainmoor being postponed just an hour before kick-off.
Good luck Mick, you'll need it!
