A Teesside conciliation service is ten years old this year - and busier than ever.
A sharp increase in companies in trouble nationally is being reflected across the region and demands for the services of the Middlesbrough- based mediation service, Unite, are growing.
Unite, which started as a small housing project, is performing the role of professional peacemaker inTeesside and into North Yorkshire.
While much of its efforts involve workplace mediation, it also brings victims and offenders together.
This year, it is hoping to re-unite volunteers who have worked for the service over its ten years.
New recruits are also needed and anyone interested is asked to call (01642) 311633.
