A MAN accused of downloading pornography from the Internet on to CDs was told by a court yesterday that he would have to stand trial.
John Flynn, 40, of Dalby Avenue, Harrogate, pleaded not guilty at the town's magistrates' court to six charges of making an indecent photograph of a child and two of making an indecent pseudo-photograph of a child.
He was remanded on bail until March 4, when the case is expected to be sent to York Crown Court.
