Police had become concerned for the welfare of Lynne Faraday, 43, who uses a wheelchair and is partially sighted.
She disappeared from her Middlesbrough town centre home early yesterday after leaving a note indicating she was in a distressed state. A friend later contacted police to tell them Ms Faraday was at her house.
