Residents are being urged to have their say on a council's budget for 2003/2004 online.
North Yorkshire County Council has set up a questionnaire on the Internet and wants as many people as possible to complete it.
The responses will be used alongside public consultation sessions, which have been taking place throughout the county.
Council leader John Weighell said: "Councillors serving North Yorkshire are facing a number of very difficult decisions regarding the budget and it is vital that we hear the views of as many people as possible through public consultation."
Harrogate and Richmondshire are the only two remaining districts to be consulted.
The questionnaire can be completed by visiting the council's website on www.northyorks.gov.uk and clicking on Budget Consultation Survey.
