Bishop Auckland manager Brian Honour wants a repeat performance from his players at home to Leek Town today.
Six weeks ago, Bishops were leading 2-1 against Leek, but with just a few minutes left the Dean Street floodlights went out.
Honour said: "We played really well that day and even though the game was abandoned, it felt as if we had won.
"We must produce the same sort of form and get ourselves out of the bottom two."
Honour could have a new signing in his side, which otherwise is close to full strength.
Spennymoor's new manager, Jamie Pollock, will watch with interest from the sidelines when his team goes to Runcorn in the Presidents Cup.
"There'll be no new players yet," he said.
"Any player which I do bring in will have to be right for us. I haven't come up to speed yet with the players I've got."
Pollock won't be able to see Stephen Bell in action because he is suspended.
l How times have changed at Wearside League Redcar Town!
Earlier in the season they were unable to fulfil a fixture and fielded just ten players, but all of a sudden their fortunes have taken a turn for the better, so much so that they are confident of completing a double over leaders North Shields in the League Cup this afternoon.
"They say success breeds success and that is certainly the case with us," said secretary Willie McGeogh.
"We won at Ralph Gardner Park a fortnight ago, when nobody gave us a chance, and we are confident of giving them another good game."
Redcar have so many players available that they have decided to leave out a couple of juniors and go for experience.
North Shields cannot call upon Dominic Graham or winger Neil Hartley and doubts surround the availability of Roy Gordon and Paul Blakey, but Ian Dugdale is free from the injury which caused him to miss last week's game.
Birtley Town, who have reached the semi-finals of the Durham Challenge Cup, are another side in with a chance of an early double when they entertain Annfield Plain. Jason Melling has a problem with his back and could be rested.
Stanley United meet Darlington RA at Brinkburn Road awaiting news on whether Michael Dixon can play but a boost is the return of Shaun Mansfield.
For their home tie with Whitehaven, Harton and Westoe name Jason Jones and Wayne Goodwin in their squad but Lee Seff has joined Boldon CA.
Cleadon SC are due to play at Wolviston but the fixture could be switched if the Clevelanders' pitch is unplayable. Dave Watson is again ruled out for Cleadon but striker Chris Bailey could start.
Striker Guy Whatmore has recovered from an ankle injury and is included in the plans of Wolviston manager Graham Howard, who has Paul Franklyn resuming.
Ryhope CW, who have shown better form recently, travel to Stokesley SC with a full squad, while Boldon CA, at Windscale, miss suspended pair Andrew Whalley and Stephen Williams. They are strengthened with the availability of Christopher Barrett and Kevin Lloyd.
One game will be played in the league, with Barnard Castle Glaxo hosting Ferryhill Athletic, who expect to be without Bobby Elliott.
