SIXTEEN North Yorkshire police officers were rewarded for their dedication to the service at a ceremony at Newby Wiske police headquarters.
Guest of honour Mark Evans, the High Sheriff of North Yorkshire, presented the men with medals for long service.
It marked 22 years' service of officers from Northallerton, Malton, Ripon, Knaresborough, Harrogate, Scarborough, Selby, Tadcaster and York.
Those who received the award were: Sergeant Gawen Dickinson; Sergeant Cliff Edens; Detective Sergeant Ian Illingworth; PC Geoffrey Jackson; Detective Peter Masterman; Superintendent Bernie Mitchell; Inspector Tad Nowakowski; Sergeant John Settle; PC Paul Stephenson, of Ripon; PC Paul Stephenson, of York; PC Mick Tiffany; PC Stan Tongue; PC Brian Trickett; PC Luke Tuke; Sergeant Chris Wayman; and PC John Wearmouth.
