THE following cases were heard at Darlington Magistrates' Court yesterday:
Philip Haley, 25, of Spencer Road, Teesville East, Cleveland, was disqualified from driving for three months and fined £200 with £35 costs for speeding on the A66 at Barnard Castle.
He was clocked doing 121mph in a Vauxhall Vectra.
Richard Seamon, 23, of Francis Street, Crook, was charged with driving without due care and attention in Crook Market Place.
The case was adjourned for a fortnight.
George Gibson, 46, of Jubilee Terrace, Willington, was banned from driving for six months and fined £110 with £35 costs for driving a Ford Escort without insurance and not in accordance with his licence.
Karl Sinclair, 32, of North Terrace, Willington, was fined £300 with £35 costs for riding a Ducati motorcycle at 127mph on the A66 at Barnard Castle.
Michael Thomas, 30, of Bedford Street, Darlington, was charged with driving a Ford Escort without insurance and failing to produce his licence. The hearing was adjourned to February 10.
