A COLLEGE yesterday went on the road to promote its tree of knowledge.
With the help of a computer-packed van, staff from Northallerton College were tempting people to learn more about gardening.
They travelled to Strike's garden centre in the town, promoting learning either on the Internet or at a series of Saturday workshops at the college.
The college's manager of lifelong learning, Dr Judith Aird said they were trying to develop adult learning in its widest sense.
