Sedgefield Primary Care Trust is moving headquarters on Monday.
For the past ten years, the headquarters of the Sedgefield locality NHS services has been in a building in the grounds of Sedgefield Borough Council's offices, in Green Lane, Spennymoor.
With the creation of the new primary care trust last April, the organisation rapidly outgrew this accommodation.
New office accommodation has now been found at Merrington House, the former administration offices of the Electrolux factory, in Spennymoor.
Alan Gray, chairman of the trust, said: "Once the new trust was formed it was soon apparent that we would need new accommodation.
"The Merrington House development by Electrolux gave us an opportunity to acquire bigger, purpose designed premises that would meet our needs over the coming years as we grow to full size. They also represent excellent value for money."
The primary care trust's new address is Merrington House, Merrington Lane, Spennymoor, County Durham, DL16 7UT, telephone 0191-301 3820.
