CREATIVE youngsters can take part in a series of free art and craft workshops during school holidays throughout the year.
A variety of artists will visit The Discovery Centre, in Bishop Auckland Market Place, to run the events for eight to 16 year-olds.
The first workshop will take place on Friday, from 2pm to 4pm, and will involve working with textile artist Lone Grinter.
Places should be booked in advance.
