A MOTHER-of-two will show off her culinary skills to television viewers this week.
Caroline Ryan, from Darlington, will appear on the digital channel UK Food after she won a competition to attend a cookery workshop with TV chef Ainsley Harriot.
She said: "The prize was fantastic, something money can't buy."
Her day on Good Food Live will be screened at 12.30pm on Wednesday.
