A SUPPORT group for people with epilepsy will receive a cheque for nearly £700 today.
Margaret Carey, a retired health visitor will present a cheque for £664 to the Middlesbrough and District Epilepsy Support Group, which was the proceeds from a Christmas family carnival night.
Ms Carey and three neighbours organised the annual event at The Ladle pub, Middlesbrough, in December.
The cheque will be handed over to the charity at West Lane Hospital, in Acklam Road.
