Blackfyne moved to within a point of Heworth in the U11 division when they defeated Beamish 2-0. Heworth, though, stay out in front as a result of their 9-1 defeat of Consett when the goals flowed from Jeff Mulholland (4), James Hall (3) and Jacob Kirtley (2).
Redheugh comfortably defeated Leam Rangers by a three goals margin and Hebburn Reyrolle went nap against Prudhoe winning 5-1 when Ryan Hawes struck a hat-trick.
A couple of goals from Andrew Chaytors featured in Felling Magpies' 4-0 success over Winlaton.
In the U12 section Leam Rangers have a six points lead over Chopwell after hitting Winlaton with a 9-0 reverse. Scott Anderson and Kevin Johnson both hit hat-tricks and Stephen Dovers bagged a brace of goals. Lee Best (3) and Scott Ruddick (2) led Chopwell to a 7-1 success at home to Redheugh and Whickham Fellside B, who have equal points with Chopwell, but have played two games more, hammered Blaydon 9-3.
A hat-trick from Daniel Walker was a feature of Blackfyne's 4-2 victory at Consett, while Cleveland Hall just edged Swalwell 2-1 and an only goal enabled Whickham Fellside R to take the points from Beamish.
At U13 level Consett and Redheugh are now equal on points. Consett were without a game and Redheugh took advantage defeating Blackfyne 4-0. The Reds have three games in hand on Consett while Leam Rangers are equal on points with Low Fell B sharing third position. Low Fell B lost 4-1 at home to Cleveland Hall when Leam Rangers reached double figures at Low Fell C when Chris Tyrie hammered six goals and Chris Noble found the net on five occasions. In the remaining fixture Winlaton and Blaydon drew 1-1.
In the U14 division Blackfyne now have a four points advantage over Blaydon who were without a game. Blackfyne easily saw off the challenge of Cleveland Hall by a 4-1 margin while Redheugh and Whickham Glebe, who share third position, had the same number of points.
Redheugh defeated Leam Rangers 8-2 when Scott Sanderson and Dan Morley both bagged a brace of goals and Whickham Glebe hit Cooperhall with an 8-0 defeat. Matthew Fothergill and David Waugh were other players who also found the net on two occasions. Stephen Elliott went one better for Felling Magpies and his hat-trick was the feature of his team's 7-2 victory at Consett.
At U15 level, Blaydon lead Cleveland Hall by six points, the sides having played 15 games each. Blaydon ended 4-1 winners over Stocksfield with Liam Bell scoring twice and Cleveland Hall enjoyed a similar result on their visit to Redheugh. Keith Carson bagged a brace of goals. There was a 13-goal thriller when Felling Magpies finished 7-6 in front of Ryton. Liam McFarland (3) and Matty Appleton (2) were the principal scorers for Felling and James Carr scored twice for Ryton.
Hat-tricks by Harry James and Tony O'Brien led Blackfyne to a 7-1 success in their home fixture with Beamish.
